Problem

InterContinental Koh offers different experiences such as boxing with muay thai teachers on the beach, private boat ride and the best luxury spa in Asia. But they lacked content that showed the experience, so they wanted not only content of the resort but also all these experiences and therefore aumnetara the AOV (Average Order Value) per room

Impact

With all this in mind we created a video hero to use on the website of the resort in the section of experiences, thus increasing the conversion. In addition, 6 reels were created with the aim of highlighting the different experiences offered by the resorts and also being able to use them in advertising campaigns. The created photographs that are on the web, served to increase the conversion from those that were previously in operation. Therefore, this content generated an increase in visits to the resort’s website, increased conversions and finally increased the average cost per room
